Striped Marlin, Yellowfin tuna, Sailfish, Mahi mahi, and Roosterfish have all been caught this last week in Puerto Vallarta Roosterfish
one of the most sought out Game fish have been biting live bait off the point and at Island Marrietas averaging 10-30 lbs. Also biting at
the Islands and El morro is Jack Crevalle, Bonitos, and the occasional smaller Yellowfin tuna or Mahi mahi. The bigger Yellowfin tuna,
Sailfish, and Striped Marlin have been biting 15 miles south of Corbetena about 50 miles offshore from Puerto Vallarta the Striped
Marlin have been averaging a 70-120 lbs and biting mostly live bait We have also caught a couple of the larger sized Striped Marlins
slow trolling with lures the captan estimated both were over 110 lbs as the crew released them back into the ocean. The Tuna have
been averaging 20-100 lbs and have been getting bigger every week. The Sailfish Same as the Marlin averaging 70-120 lbs and the
Mahi Mahi 10-40 lbs also mostly biting live bait. For all the big game anglers searching for Cow Sized Tuna over 200 lbs they are biting
this time of the year but way offshore over 100 miles from the Puerto Vallarta Marina for this trip you need a go over night You can
