Puerto Vallarta fishing report December -10- 2011
Puerto Vallarta fishing report with PV Sportfishing.  Puerto Vallarta's inshore bite has been incredible the last couple weeks
Sailfish, Smaller Yellowfin tuna averaging 10-40 lbs, big Roosterfish, Grouper,African Pompano, and Jack Crevalle. You can
expect to catch any one of these species if not all  on a 4-8 hour Sportfishing charter inside Banderas bay. The Puerto Vallarta
offshore bite Corbetena  and the bank have been producing Blue Marlin, Sailfish,.  Yellowfin tuna's offshore have been averaging
80-200 lbs biting live bait trolling the bigger tuna's have been caught on the downrigger with live skip jacks smaller tuna's  We
have been catching trolling and drifting live goggle eye's. the blue
Marlin have been averaging 100-400 lbs bting lures and live
bait and the Sailfish have been averaging 70-110 lbs.  Everything is out there right now only fish I have not seen alot of this week
was Wahoo,  but I expect to see some this coming week also expect with the colder water that the Striped Marlin bite should start
to heat up as well. Striped Marlin are not as big as the black and the Blue Marlin but still put on a great fight and a great show
leaping out of the water the average Striped Marlin weight in Puerto Vallarta is 70-120 lbs.
